Harry Steven King, 71, of North Attleboro, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 27, 2018 at his home. He was the beloved husband of the late Donna Mae (Howlett) King, to whom he was married on November 30, 1977 and who died on April 17, 2010.Born on November 7, 1946 in Attleboro, MA, he was the son of the late Arthur Francis and Bessie (Marcus) King.Harry was a lifelong resident of North Attleboro. A Polisher and Plater by profession, Harry was for many years the co-owner and operator, along with his son, Steven, of King's Polishing. A man of strong faith and integrity, he led a simple life centered on his family and was active in the Alcoholic Anonymous community. More than anything, Harry loved being with his family, and especially treasured attending his granddaughter's events, for whom he had a special place in his heart.Harry was the father of Steven J. Howlett and his wife, Leigh M. (Estrella) Howlett, of Pawtucket, RI, and the late Maria King. He was the proud and adoring grandfather of Adam S. Howlett and Kathryn M. Howlett, and the brother of Arthur King and his wife, Doreen King, of Virginia, and John King and his wife, Maura King, of Arizona. He was predeceased by his siblings: Peter King and Dianne (Leach) King. He leaves several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.
