Gloria Louise Battistello

Gloria Louise (Lizotte) Battistello, 86, of Norton, MA, peacefully passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Madonna Manor Nursing Home in North Attleboro, MA. She was the beloved wife of John Battistello.Born on January 4, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Edward Lizotte and the late Florence (Brooks) Lizotte. Gloria graduated from Mansfield High School, Class of 1948, and in 1958 from the Henry O. Peabody School for hairdressing and cosmetology in Norwood, MA.She was the successful owner and operator of Style-Arama Beauty Salon in Chartley, MA. Her many talents included culinary arts, gardening, sewing, kitting, and painting. She enjoyed traveling around the country in her camper van with her loving husband, John.In addition to her husband, Gloria is survived by her cherished daughter, Diane Battistello of Norton, MA. She was the sister of John E. Lizotte of Ocean Side, CA, Brian Lizotte of Las Vegas, NV, and Patricia (Lizotte) Carlon and her husband, Merle Carlon, of Attleboro, MA.
