Glenn Paul Benvenuti, 56, of Woonsocket, RI, passed away on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at his home. Born on March 14, 1962 in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Terrence G. Benvenuti and the late Jeannine T. (Drainville) Benvenuti.A lifelong resident of Woonsocket, he was a graduate of Woonsocket High School, Class of 1981, and worked as a Foreman for Bimbo Bakery in Millbury, MA.Glenn was a loving father and grandfather who especially cherished spending time with his family. He was a member of the Italian Working Men's Club in Woonsocket, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, working on his truck, and meticulously taking care of his yard.He was the father of Hunter T. Benvenuti of North Smithfield, RI; Emma K. Benvenuti of Attleboro, MA; Riley J. Benvenuti of Attleboro, MA; Hannah M. Panneton and her husband, Shane R. Panneton, of West Warwick, RI; and Taylor C. Benvenuti of Woonsocket, RI. Glenn was the adoring grandfather of Brycen G. Harmon, Jayson J. Harmon, Xander Velez, and Marley Velez. Glenn was the brother of Tracy Benvenuti of Woonsocket, RI, and Cindy (Benvenuti) Butler and her husband, Mark Butler, of South Carolina. He leaves his uncle, Enzo Benvenuti of Woonsocket, RI; three nieces: Dana Benvenuti, Sarabeth Rockett, and Amber LaRoch, and many dear friends.Friends and family are cordially invited to honor and remember Glenn by gathering for a Visitation on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA, immediately followed by a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. at Dyer-Lake Funeral Home.Burial will be private.
