Gerard Joseph Stillman

March 24, 1959 — May 18, 2023

Gerard Joseph Stillman, 64, of Attleboro, Massachusetts passed away after a very brief illness on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Rhode Island Hospital Providence, Rhode Island.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts on March 24, 1959, he was the son of the late Charles Joseph Stillman Sr. and the late Carolyn Teresa (Faulstich) Stillman.
A graduate of Norwood High School - Class of 1977 - Gerard  went on to continue his education at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering. He was employed at Raytheon in Norwood Massachusetts and Data General in Westborough Massachusetts and later transitioned to being a devoted and loving caregiver for his parents.
Gerard enjoyed driving, often traveling north to his cabin in Conway, New Hampshire or south to Florida to visit his brother. He racked up many miles on his vehicles over the years but always referred to his 1998 Lincoln Continental as the ultimate ride.
Time spent with his family, brother in law, nieces and nephews made Gerard the happiest. He was known for always providing the perfect christmas gift, surprise treat and helping hand. A call often led to impromptu visits to local restaurants for soda, chowder or calamari.
Faith was also an important part of his life and he was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Attleboro, Massachusetts.
Left to mourn his loss are his siblings: Mary Winslow of Attleboro, Massachusetts: Charles J. Stillman Jr., of Sasser, Georgia; Janice M. Stillman of Attleboro, Massachusetts; Laure J. Kelley and her husband, Paul Kelley, of Attleboro, Massachusetts, Paula M. Stillman of Attleboro, Massachusetts and several nieces and nephews.  His older brother, Joseph A. Stillman preceded him in death.
Visitation has been respectfully omitted.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend Gerard's Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 133 North Main Street, Attleboro, MA.
Following church services an invitation to join the family for a time of continued fellowship and refreshments will be held at The Colonel Blackinton Inn, 203 North Main Street, Attleboro, MA.
