Gary Edward Johnson

Gary Edward Johnson, 55, of Attleboro, MA, passed away on December 3, 2018 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI.
Born on August 10, 1963 in Norwood, MA, he was the beloved son of Aaron Leon Johnson and Beverly L. (Scharegge) Johnson.
A graduate of King Philip High School, Class of 1981, he proudly graduated at the top of his class in Electrical studies.
A trained Electrician, he worked for the past three years at Jack Madden Ford in Norwood, MA, and previously at Federal Express for twelve years.
A resident of Attleboro for the past twenty-five years, he previously lived in Plainville, MA.
A warm and outgoing man, Gary enjoyed sports of all kinds, music, the outdoors, trains, and was a wonderful dancer. He could often be found four-wheeling, or happily behind the wheel of his 1967 Dodge Coronet 440. Gary had a special place in his heart for his cat, "Bosley".
He was the much loved brother of Laura Brissette and her husband, Christopher Brissette, of Attleboro, MA; Sharon Sanfino and her husband, Timothy Sanfino, of Scarborough, ME; Greta Melody and her husband, Robert Melody, of North Attleboro, MA; and Leah Keister and her husband, Timothy Keister, of Saco, ME. He leaves his dear nieces and nephews: Jordan and Garrett Brissette; Kendra and Gabrielle Loraine Melody; and Tyler, Ciara, and Natlya Sanfino.
Friends and family are cordially invited to honor and remember Gary by gathering for a Memorial Visitation on Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. in the Memorial Chapel of Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA, immediately followed by a Family Commemoration and Remembrance Service at 1:30 p.m. at Dyer-Lake Funeral Home.
Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Gary to the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts, 30 Lyman Street - Suite 10, Westborough, MA 01581.
