Gail Marie Wesson

Gail Marie (Hughes) Wesson, 67, of Attleboro, MA, passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. She was the beloved wife of John S. Wesson, to whom she was married on May 19, 1985.Born on March 10, 1951 in Attleboro, she was the daughter of the late Whitman and Delores Rose (Bertolli) Hughes. A lifelong resident of Attleboro, Gail was a graduate of Attleboro High School. She attended Nursing School, and worked for many years as a self-employed Seamstress. A warm, caring and outgoing woman, who loved to sew, Gail's greatest joy in life came from her family. She cherished spending time with her husband, her children, and her treasured grandchildren, and had a special place in her heart for "Penny", her Miniature Pinscher. In addition to her husband, John, she leaves her loving children: Patty Lambert and her husband, Chris Lambert, of North Carolina; Tonja M. Pacheco of Brick, NJ; Sonja L. Coffee and her husband, Andrew Behnke, of California; and Robert G. Wheeler and his wife, Missy J. Wheeler, of Seekonk, MA. She was the proud and adoring grandmother of Jacquelyn, Jocelyn, Jewelyn, Jazmyn, Jaxon, Taylor, Ty, Sage, Alec, Louis, and Nate. Gail was the dear sister of Linda Lamarre, Delores Cowan, and Karen Mercier, all of California, and Skip Hughes of Asheville, NC.
