Gabrielle "Gigi" Grace Carpeno

Gabrielle "Gigi" Grace Carpeno, 17, of Attleboro, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 20, 2017. She was the cherished daughter of Jennifer Lee Fontaine and step-daughter of David Culhan of Attleboro, MA.Born on November 29, 1999 in Attleboro, MA, she had recently completed her junior year at Attleboro High School. Gigi was a sweet, quiet, soulful individual who enjoyed listening to country music and who from a young age had a love of all animals, most especially horses. She had a special place in her heart and in her life for her beloved horse, "Jimmy", thirty years old, who will miss her terribly.In addition to her mother and step-father, she leaves her three brothers: Joseph B. Fontaine, Jared Carpeno, and David M. Tousgnant, all of Attleboro, MA. She leaves her maternal grandparents: Roger and Janis Fontaine of Uxbridge, MA, and her grandmother, Paula Stanton of CO. Gigi leaves numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, her large and loving extended family, and those in her life who were like family to her. Gigi's family generously donated her organs to give hope and life to other families. All services for Gigi will be private and by invitation only.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to "The Ride" on July 3, 2017 to be held in memory of Gabrielle at Countryside Farms at 39 Oak Avenue, Attleboro, MA 02703 to benefit animals and animal charities.
