Frank Michael Griswold

Frank Michael Griswold, 73, of North Attleboro, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at the VA Hospital in Boston, MA. He was the loving and beloved husband of Shirley Kenelia Griswold, to whom he was married for fifty-one years.Born on March 8, 1943 in North Attleboro, MA, he was the son of the late Frank Tabor Griswold and the late Georgina Lois (Kenney) Griswold.A lifelong resident of North Attleboro, Frank was a graduate of North Attleboro High School, Class of 1961, and earned an Associate Degree from Chamberlayne College in Cambridge, MA. He honorably and proudly served our country as a member of the United States Army. Frank genuinely enjoyed his 11 years working at Dunkin' Brands Consumer Care in Canton, MA, as a Coordinator, and was affectionately known there as the "Mayor of Dunkin' Brands". An enthusiastic and outgoing man, he was an ardent New England Patriots fan and enjoyed all things having to do with the Civil War. He enjoyed golf and trips to Las Vegas. Above all else, Frank loved being with his family and cherished time with his adoring grandchildren.In addition to his wife, Shirley, Frank is survived by his beloved children: Stephanie A. (Griswold) Bonenfant and her husband, Gil W. Bonenfant, of North Attleboro, MA; and Frank Patrick Griswold and his wife, Debra J. (Feid) Griswold, also of North Attleboro, MA. He was the proud grandfather of Sydney E. Griswold, Jasmine L. Bonenfant, and Hannah J. Griswold. Frank was the brother of Robert Kenney Griswold, and his late wife, Arlene (Bruno) Griswold, of Charlestown, RI; Jane Alma Griswold of Hammondsport, NY; and Georgiana Louise Griswold of Hammondsport, NY.
