Francis "Fran" Henry Williams, Sr., 59, of Franklin, MA, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2017 at home surrounded by his family. He was the loving and beloved husband of Ann Marie (Drohan) Williams, to whom he was married on May 4, 1985.Born on May 15, 1957 in New Mexico, he was the son of the late Eugene Williams and the late Marchia (Moore) Williams.A lifelong resident of Franklin, Fran worked for many years as an Auto Mechanic for Molloy's Service Center in Franklin, MA, before retiring in 2002.A warm and outgoing man, he was an ardent Patriot's fan who enjoyed playing pool, visits to Castle Island, and especially spending time with his family and friends.In addition to his wife, his survived by his cherished children: Maressa L. Drohan her husband, David W. Ross, of Franklin, MA; Francis Henry Williams and his fiancée, Katelyn M. McGlashing, of Medway, MA; and Daniel J. Williams and his wife, Erin E. (Etzel) Williams, of Medway, MA. He was the adoring grandfather of Jakob Drohan, Morgan Ross, Riley Williams, and Emily Williams. Fran was the brother of Eugene Williams and his wife, Vivian Williams, of Walpole, MA; Carl Williams of Franklin, MA; David Williams and his wife, Lisa Williams, of Milford, MA; Roger Williams and his wife, Judy Williams, of Jacksonville, FL; Robert Williams of FL; Doris Williams of Franklin, MA; Patricia (Williams) Healey and her husband, Don Healey, of FL; and Winifred (Williams) Vondras and her husband, Phil Vondras, of FL.
