Eugene Christian Korbeck

Eugene Christian Korbeck Jr., 96, of Rehoboth, MA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at Life Care Center of Attleboro in Attleboro, MA.  He was the beloved husband of the late Dolores M. (Balzer) Korbeck, whom he married on May 18, 1957, and who died on March 2, 2014.
Born on July 11, 1925, in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Eugene C. Korbeck Sr. and the late Bertha (Hamilton) Korbeck.
Eugene proudly and honorably served our country in the United States Army during WWII, as a radio operator and after graduating from college, worked for many years as a marketing manager in industrial battery manufacturing field before retiring. He lived in Rehoboth for seven years after moving there from North Attleboro, where he had resided for thirty-eight years.
Eugene was the loving father of Christine K. Gregory and her husband, Michael Gregory, of Rehoboth, MA. He was the proud grandfather of Melissa Huffman and her husband, Andrew Huffman, and the adoring great-grandfather of Cassidy Huffman, Levi Huffman, Edith Huffman, and Shelby Huffman.
