Emil J. Frymark, 71, passed away at the Brigham & Women's Hospital on Saturday, May 4, 2013, following a brief illness. Born in Central Falls on May 6, 1941, he resided in Wisconsin and Rhode Island before settling in North Attleborough. He was the beloved husband of Susan M. (Sfinas) Frymark to whom he had been married over 35 years and the son of the late Emil A. and Y. Theresa (Trahan) Frymark. He is also survived by his mother-in-law: Miriam B. Sfinas, age 97, who resides at Golden Living Center. In addition, he is survived by his sons: Michael of Wrentham; Emil, Jr. and his wife, Shannon, of Greensboro, NC and daughters: Kerri Frymark of Woonsocket and Deborah Connor of Warwick. He was the proud grandfather of Zachary and Alexandra Connor and Bryce and Saige MacLeod. He is also survived by his brother, Robert, of New Jersey with whom he played the accordion in a local band during his earlier years. Emil was employed for over 30 years at the V. H. Blackinton Company of North Attleborough and was well liked and respected by his fellow workers for whom he was always willing to mentor. His laughter will be missed by all as well as his ability to make others laugh. He spent many enjoyable days at the family's cottage on Cape Cod where he took long walks on the beach with his metal detector. He was also a believer in supernatural phenomenon with particular interest in the pursuit of "Bigfoot". Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visitation on Thursday, May 16, 2013 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, North Attleborough. A private burial will be held at North Purchase Cemetery, Attleborough. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Emil's name may be made to the North Attleborough Animal Shelter.
