Elizabeth Jane Manzi

Elizabeth Jane (Hart) Manzi, 84, of Plainville, peacefully passed away at her home on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 with her loving and beloved family by her side.Born on March 10, 1933 in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Frederick William Hart, Sr. and the late Marie Louise (Lyons) Hart.A graduate of Hyde Park High School, Class of 1950, she continued her on-going education in computer sciences, and worked for many years as an Administrative Assistant at Tufts Medical Center.Before living in Plainville, she had resided in Attleboro, MA for many years.Elizabeth was a woman of many interests. An artistic and talented woman, she enjoyed embroidery, knitting, painting, interior decorating, and building doll houses and doll house furniture. Always an active woman, she began bicycle riding in her Seventies. She especially cherished spending time with her family.She was the cherished mother of Deborah M. Belek of Plainville, MA; Frederick William Manzi of Dedham, MA; Joseph James Manzi, Jr. of Everett, MA; and Robert Andrew Manzi of Wrentham, MA. She was the adoring grandmother of three granddaughters, three grandsons, and two great-grandsons. Elizabeth was the sister of the late Marie Adel Yobaccio and the late Frederick William Hart.
