Eleanor "Ellie" Marie (LeBlanc) Mitchell, 52, of North Attleboro, suddenly passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at her home. She was the beloved wife of Paul James Mitchell, to whom she was married on October 27, 1984.Born on May 7, 1963 in Pawtucket, RI, she was the daughter of Maurice LeBlanc, Sr. and Margaret Mary (Ficker) LeBlanc of North Attleboro, MA.She was a graduate of North Attleboro High School, Class of 1981, and attended Fisher College. A life-long resident of North Attleboro, Ellie was employed as a Lead Person for more than thirty years for Mini-Systems, Inc., in Plainville, MA.She was a member of St. Mary's Church in North Attleboro.Ellie long had a passion for crafts, and had enjoyed bowling as a younger woman. She cherished her family and friends, and time spent with them, and had a special place in her heart for "Phoebe", her late cat for twenty years who was simply like a member of Ellie's family.In addition to her dear husband and loving parents, Ellie is survived by her step-daughter, Tracy Lynn (Mitchell) Garner and her husband, James Garner, of Woonsocket, RI. She was the sister of Maurice LeBlanc, Jr., and his wife, Erin LeBlanc, of CA; Gregory Scott LeBlanc and his wife, Madeline LeBlanc, of North Attleboro, MA; Christopher John LeBlanc of North Attleboro, MA; and Todd Raymond LeBlanc and his fiancée, Mary Lou Moran, of North Providence, RI. Ellie also leaves her niece, Keiran Preston of Boston, MA; and her grandsons: Jordan Mitchell and Andrew Shepard, of Woonsocket, RI, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
