Edwin P. Zenk

Edwin P. Zenk, 75, of Stanley Street, North Attleboro, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, December 11, 2015.  He was the beloved husband of Ethel Janet Zenk for more than forty-eight years.Born on August 3, 1940 in Bamberg, Germany, he was the son of Johann Zenk and Anna Zenk. Edwin and his wife made their home in North Attleboro since 1968. He was employed for many years as a Manager at Augat, Inc. in Attleboro, MA, until his retirement.  He proudly and honorably served our country in the United States Air Force. Edwin attended Good News Bible Chapel in Attleboro, and during his lifetime enjoyed tennis, skiing, gardening, flowers, and stamp collecting. Edwin and Ethel loved spending time together, and delighted in travel throughout the world. In addition to his wife, Edwin is survived by his sister, Krimhilde (Zenk) Suchan of Missouri, his brother, Ludger Zenk of Germany, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Johann Zenk, Siegfried Zenk, and Karen (Zenk) Appelt. Visitation has respectfully been omitted. Burial services are private.
