Edna M. Locke

Edna M. Locke, 79, of Attleboro, MA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Kimwell Healthcare in Fall River, MA. She was the beloved wife of the late James Albert Locke.Born on May 7, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Michael Roma Sr., and the late Florence H. (Bates) Roma. Edna worked for many years for Northcorp as a precision assembler before retiring. A warm, caring, and engaging woman, she volunteered her time and efforts at the Veterans Hospital in Brockton, MA; enjoyed playing golf with her dear friend, Alberta, and in a league with her work colleagues, and had a special place in her heart for dogs of every kind. Edna was the loving mother of the late Richard Locke, and the adoring grandmother of five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She leaves her dear brothers: Ronald W. Eddie, Richard A. Roma, Michael Roma Jr., and George Roma, and was predeceased by one brother and one sister. Edna leaves several nieces and nephews and her close friend, Alberta A.
