Earl Clifford Fielding, 69, of Hodges Street, Attleboro, died on Monday, September 17, 2012 at the Madonna Manor Nursing Home in North Attleboro following a period of declining health. Born in Milford, Connecticut on June 3, 1943, he was a son of the late Walter F. and Dorothy M. (McMehan) Fielding. He was raised and educated in the City of Attleboro and was a member of the Attleboro High School Class of 1962. At Attleboro High, Mr. Fielding was a star track and football athlete. He proudly served his country with the United States Army. Mr. Fielding was employed as a printer in the publication industry prior to his retirement. He was a lifelong resident of Attleboro. He leaves three children: Jennifer Louise Fielding in England; Robert J. L. Fielding of Kissimmee, Florida and Michael E. Fielding in England; four grandchildren; his siblings: Joyce, Barbara and George; several nieces and nephews; his good friend: Julie A. Woodson of Attleboro and several additional extended family members and friends. He was the father of the late Matthew Fielding. Visitation has been respectfully omitted. At his request funeral services and burial will be private.
