Dorothy Ann (Danca) Morrill, 75, of Taunton Street, Wrentham, died on Sunday, October 27, 2013 at Maples Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Wrentham, where she had been a resident for the last 12 years. She was the wife of the late John "Connie" J. Morrill, Jr., who died on March 4, 2010. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on May 18, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Salvatore and Getrude (Graham) Danca. She was employed by the former First Bristol Bank in Attleboro and Attleboro Falls for more than twenty years. In addition to devoting herself to her grandchildren, Mrs. Morrill was known for her love of cooking , knitting and crafts. She also had been scorekeeper for her local softball team. Mrs. Morrill leaves two children: John J. Morrill, III and his wife Lorraine M. (Nolette) Morrill of Attleboro; Lauretta J. Doucette and her husband Douglas Doucette of Tamworth, New Hampshire; Six grandchildren: Hailey Morrill, Liana Morrill, Kristen Bliss, Jillian Bliss, Amy Doucette and Michael Doucette; four sisters and two brothers: Geri Baldasaro of North Attleboro, John Danca of Sharon, Beverly Fraumani of Belmont, Cathy Hutchinson of Taunton, Paul Danca of Plymouth, Deborah Conlon of Mansfield, and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Joseph Danca. The family would like to mention a very special "thank you" to all of the caregivers at the Maples Rehabilitation and Nursing Center-Jamesport Unit; for all their caring and support of Mrs. Morrill. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, West Street in Attleboro.
