Doris T. (Ringuette) Charron, 80, of South Washington Street, North Attleboro, died on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at the Golden Living Center - Garden Place, Attleboro following a short period of declining health. She was the wife of the late Omer T. Charron, Jr. to whom she was married on February 23, 1952 and who died on April 9, 1989. Born in North Attleboro, Massachusetts on September 22, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Aime Joseph and Victoria Alice (Clavette) Ringuette. She was raised and educated in North Attleboro and remained a lifelong resident of the community. She was employed for many years at Dale Medical Products in Plainville prior to her retirement as supervisor. Mrs. Charron was a communicant of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, North Attleboro. Her favorite pastimes included needle point and creating arts and crafts. Mrs. Charron treasured the times spent creating lifelong memories to cherish with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her siblings. She leaves three children: Wayne M. Charron and his wife, Kathy (Karakachos) Charron, of Oreana, Illinois; Debra A. Martin of North Attleboro and Amy M. Turnage of Tucson, Arizona; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; her siblings: Emilie R. LaFontaine of North Attleboro; George A. Ringuette of Wrentham; Maurice A. Ringuette of North Attleboro; Flora P. Robinson of North Attleboro and Leona I. Dill of Norton; several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. She was the mother of the late Glen A. Charron who died on November 29, 2007. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visitation on Sunday, September 8, 2013 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right, mile on the left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Children's room available during visitation. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, September 9, 2013 at 9:00 AM at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 14 Park Street, North Attleboro. There will be no funeral procession from the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Please omit flowers.
