Donna M. McIntosh (MacIsaac) 61, of North Attleboro, MA., passed away suddenly on Friday, January 31, 2025 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA. She was the beloved wife of Robert McIntosh. They were happily married for 43 years.
Born in Boston, MA., on August 3, 1963, she was the daughter of Donald MacIsaac and Carol (Lennox) D’Alessandro and stepdaughter of Barbara MacIsaac and the late Harry D’Alessandro.
Donna cherished the time she dedicated to quilting and needlepointing, finding solace and joy in the rhythmic motion of her hands as they worked with vibrant fabrics and delicate threads. Each stitch was a labor of love, a way for her to express her creativity and bring warmth to her home. The quilts she crafted were not just blankets; they were stories woven together, each patch representing a memory, a moment, or a person dear to her heart. Similarly, her needlepoint creations adorned her walls, showcasing intricate designs that reflected her passion and attention to detail.
Additionally, she had a deep affection for all animals, viewing them as companions and sources of unconditional love. Whether it was the playful antics of dogs, the gentle purring of her cats, or the vibrant colors of the birds, Donna found immense joy in their presence.
For Donna, both her crafts and her love for animals were intertwined, each enriching her life and providing her with a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
