Donna Davis

Donna (Dion) Davis, 68, of Attleboro, MA passed away at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA on November 19, 2024. She was the companion of the late Edward Charles Lamoureux who died on May 1, 2017.

Born in Attleboro, MA on October 27, 1956, she was a daughter of the late Robert William Dion and the late Rose M. (Doucette) Dion. She was raised and educated in Norton, MA.

Donna enjoyed spending her time with her family and watching her grandchildren grow over the years. She had a true love for all things nature. She spent many summers camping as a host camper and was also fortunate enough to spend a few years traveling the country taking in the amazing sights. She loved to be outside bird watching and also had a very special knack for gardening and crafting.

She was the mother of Jennifer Groom of Wrentham, MA and Heather Groom of Attleboro, MA, grandmother of Adrianna Carpenter, Riordan Groom, Gregory Groom, Trinity Groom,
Katrina Groom and Ashlynn Groom and sister of Deborah Fournier of Attleboro, MA; Mary Jane Laprise of Norton, MA; Rose Marie "Tete" Dion of St. Petersburg, FL; Claudia Dion of New Bern, North Carolina; William R. Dion of Norfolk, Virginia and Timothy D. Dion of Seekonk, MA and several nieces and nephews and extended family members and friends.

Private services will be held in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.

Burial will be private.
