Donald R. Coddaire, 66, of Anawan Street, Rehoboth, died at his residence surrounded by his loving and caring family and under hospice care on Thursday, May 15, 2014. Born in Attleboro, Massachusetts on June 10, 1947, he was a son of the late Donald Edward and Ruth A. (Hawkins) Coddaire. He was raised and resided in the City of Attleboro prior to moving to Rehoboth 20 years ago. Mr. Coddaire was a self-employed airbrush and custom paint design artist for more than 45 years. His favorite pastimes included those spent riding in the open air on his motorcycling, fishing in a place of tranquility, auto and motorcycle repair, shooting pool with his friends and studying Native American culture. However, his fondest times and memories were those spent in the company of his beloved family and dear friends. He leaves a sister: Pamela G. Conlan in New York; three brothers including his identical twin brother: Ronald David Coddaire of Rehoboth with whom he resided; Richard D. Coddaire in Tennessee and Francis Coddaire in New Jersey; his little "pumpkin": Christine E. Coddaire and several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and dear friends. Visitation has been respectfully omitted. His family will announce arrangements once finalized for a Celebration of Donald's life. Burial will be private.
