Diane Mcaloon

Diane (Dragun) McAloon, 59, of Attleboro, peacefully passed away at home on Sunday, January 17, 2016 surrounded by her beloved family. She was the dear wife of Robert John McAloon, to whom she was married on July 17, 1981.Born on August 13, 1956, Diane was the daughter of Eileen V. (Therrian) Dragun of Attleboro, MA, and the late William John Dragun. A resident of Attleboro for most of her life, Diane graduated from Attleboro High School. Given her innate love of children, she worked for many years as a child daycare provider.Diane was a woman with a kind and generous heart whose greatest joy was her family and her time spent with them. She delighted in almost every form of dancing, and in the companionship of her dogs: "Andi" and "Boo", and her cat: "Meeko".In addition to her husband and her mother, Diane is survived by her cherished children: Robert "Bob" J. McAloon and his wife, Becky (LoPriore) McAloon of Attleboro, MA; and Mark J. McAloon of Carver, MA; and two treasured grandchildren: Jaden W. McAloon and Logan C. McAloon, both of Attleboro, MA.She was the sister of: Cheryl (Dragun) Urko and her husband, Alan S. Urko of Mansfield, MA; Linda (Dragun) Johnson of Attleboro, MA; William Dragun of Attleboro, MA; Mark Dragun and his wife, Kim Dragun, of Attleboro, MA: and David Dragun and his wife, Karen April, of Attleboro, MA.
