Deryl "Mickey" Ila Parenteau

Deryl "Mickey" Ila (Phillips) Parenteau, 53, of North Attleboro, MA, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 28, 2018 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. She was the beloved wife of Steven George Parenteau.
Born on January 2, 1965 in Attleboro, she was the daughter of Arthur Phillips of Attleboro and the late Mildred Phillips.
Mickey was a graduate of Bishop Feehan High School and worked as the Manager of JR's Bar and Grill in Attleboro for the past eight years.
A resident of North Attleboro for most of her life, Mickey was a member of the North Attleboro Elks and President of the Board of Directors of the Wamsutta Mobile Home Village where she resided. She was an avid reader and loved spending time with her husband at their time share home in Attitash, NH, and at Innseason Resorts. Mickey especially cherished being with her beloved grandchildren, for all of whom she held a special place in her heart.
In addition to her husband and her father, she leaves her loving children: John Michael Anderson of Plainville, MA; Rebecca "Becky" Lee Dumas of FL; James Arthur Anderson of Pawtucket, RI; Erica Lynn Anderson of Walpole, MA; and Kimberly Ann Anderson of FL; and her dear step-children: Ashley Ann Bushfan of Norton, MA; Nathan P. Parenteau of North Smithfield, RI; and Amanda M. Parenteau of North Attleboro, MA. She was the proud and adoring grandmother of Cara, Kaydence, Arianna, and Ava, and leaves many dear friends.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to honor and remember Mickey by gathering for a Memorial Visitation on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA, immediately followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. at Dyer-Lake Funeral Home.
Burial will be private.
