Delia Melvina (Joncas) Fulton, 79, of Attleboro, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at home in Attleboro, MA. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Raymond Fulton, Sr., who died on April 24, 2008.Born on May 11, 1938 in Fall River, MA, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred R. Joncas and the late Jeannette (Gaudreau) Joncas.Delia was a graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School, Class of 1956. Before her retirement, she worked for many years as a Manager at Hallmark, as a Cashier and Clerk at Ro-Jack's Market, and as a Manager of a women's clothing store in North Attleboro, MA. She was an ardent fan of the New England Patriots. She loved spending time with her family, and enjoyed playing Bingo and knitting. Delia had a special place in her heart for her faithful dogs: "Tuukka" and "Taisley", and could often be heard signing to them.Delia is survived by her loving children: Ronald J. Fulton and his wife, Lisa Fulton, of Attleboro, MA; Edward Carey of Attleboro, MA; Robert Carey of OH; Thomas Carey of North Attleboro, MA; and. She was the beloved mother of the late Donald Fulton and his wife, Laurie DeVarney. She was the adoring grandmother of nine grandchildren, including Madison Fulton and Morgan Fulton; five great-grandchildren; and was the sister of Wilfred Joncas of Fall River, MA.All services will be private. Delia will be laid to rest alongside her late husband in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Delia's memory to the Donald R.
