Debra Ann (Gregoire) Whipple, 57, of South Attleboro, MA, passed away at her home on Saturday, March 25, 2017. She was the loving wife of Gary R. Whipple, to whom she was married on June 21, 1981.Born on April16, 1959 in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Gregoire and the late Elaine (Paquin) Gregoire. Debra was a graduate of Cranston High School and was a resident of South Attleboro, MA since 1981, having moved from Cranston, RI. She worked for many years at Toys "R" Us, Panera Bread, and Cumberland Farms.She was a woman of great faith and devotion, and her church, Bethany Village Fellowship in South Attleboro, MA, played an important role in Debra's life. She was proudly served as a Deacon and had many dear friends there, all of whom will sorely miss her joy and warmth. Debra was an avid reader of novels, enjoyed poster art, scuba diving as a younger woman, and deeply cared for her many cats. In addition to her beloved husband, she leaves her cherished son, Jason R. Whipple and his wife, Laurieana M. (Rodriguez) Whipple, of South Attleboro, MA. She was the dear sister of Arthur Gregoire and his companion, Terry Nelson, of Palm Springs, CA. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a Memorial Visitation on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right, ¾ mile on the left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Dr. Daniel T.
