David Raymond Renwick, 63, of New Street, Rehoboth, died unexpectedly at his residence on Monday, March 9, 2015. He was the husband of Terrill J. (Negent) Renwick to whom he was married on August 23, 1980. Born in Bedford, New York on July 16, 1951, he was a son of the late John P. Renwick, Sr. and Louise (Husted) Renwick. He was a graduate of Millbrook School and attended the University of Denver. Mr. Renwick was a self-employed boat builder for 30 years. He resided in Rehoboth for the past 28 years having moved to the community from Magnolia, MA. While residing in Bedford, New York he attended St. Matthew's Episcopal Church. Mr. Renwick enjoyed all sports including golf, hockey and football. He treasured times spent creating memories with his family and his love for the water extended to boating and fishing. In addition to his wife, he leaves three sons: Tate L. Renwick and his wife, Victoria A. (Breglio) Renwick, of Beverly, MA; David Michael Renwick of Rehoboth and Peter H. Renwick of East Providence, Rhode Island; three grandchildren: Reid V., Maren E. and Jack C. Renwick; two brothers: John P. Renwick, Jr. of Nantucket, MA and James B. Renwick of Bedford, New York and many extended family members and friends. Visitation has been respectfully omitted. Funeral service and burial will be conducted privately.
