David Michael Parker, 42, of Attleboro, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2014 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Elizabeth J. (Pickard) Parker to whom he was married on December 4, 1999 in Rye, New York. Born in Concord, Massachusetts on October 5, 1972, he was a son of William H. Parker of Hudson and Rebecca J. (Johnson) Thorpe of North Attleboro. He was a 1990 graduate of Assabet Valley Technical High School in Marlboro. He was a resident of the City of Attleboro since 2002 having moved to the community from Hudson. Mr. Parker was employed by Cybex International in Medway as the Customer Service Manager for the past 16 years. He was a coach for Attleboro Youth Soccer for the past six years, was a devoted sports fan of all New England teams and greatly treasured his time spent woodworking. In addition to his wife and parents, he leaves two children: Riley J. Parker, age 10, of Attleboro and Morgan E. Parker, age 9, of Attleboro; two brothers: Christopher Parker of North Attleboro and Mark Parker of Northborough; his stepmother: Linda (Palumbo) Parker of Hudson; a stepsister: Nicole Monopoli of Hudson; four nieces, extended family members and countless friends. He will be remembered as a dedicated husband and father to his two young children. His family and friends were of the utmost importance to him and he enjoyed a loving relationship with his wife's family.
