David Patrick Farquharson, 32, of North Attleboro, MA passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at the Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, MA following a five-day illness.
Born in Attleboro, MA on December 12, 1988, he was the beloved son of Paul Francis and Joan Marie (Carey) Farquharson both of North Attleboro, MA.
David was a lifelong resident of North Attleboro, MA and was a 2007 graduate of Bristol Agricultural High School. He was employed as a convention services supervisor for the Holiday Inn in Mansfield, MA for many years.
A warm and outgoing man with a sweet smile, David's favorite pastimes included camping in the State of Maine with his family, reading, watching movies, and caring for animals.
In addition to his parents, he leaves his dear siblings: Matthew Paul Farquharson of North Attleboro, MA; and Catherine Jean (Farquharson) Casey and her husband, Adam Casey, of North Attleboro, MA. He is survived by his nephew: Owen Casey of North Attleboro, MA; his niece: Emerson Casey of North Attleboro, MA; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, his extended family members, and many good friends.
David was the paternal grandson of the late Robert Joseph Farquarson and the late Marion A. (Butts) Farquharson; and the maternal grandson of the late John and Mary (Doherty) Carey.
With strict adherence to applicable Covid-19 health precautions, including social distancing, the use of facemasks, and capacity limitations, family and friends are cordially invited to honor David by attending Visitation in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA, on Wednesday, March 24, 2021from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
A Funeral Service will follow visitation on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the funeral home.
Burial will be private.
