David Alan Bowie

February 22, 1961 — March 25, 2022

It is with deep sadness that we share that David A. Bowie died unexpectedly at his home in Attleboro, MA, on Friday, March 25, 2022.
He was a beloved son of William and Beverly (Kett) Bowie of Attleboro. Dave was born and raised in Attleboro and proudly continued living, working, and raising his children there as well.
Dave was a graduate of Attleboro High School, Class of 1979, and was a 1984 graduate of Providence College. He worked many years managing the family business, Attleboro Liquor Mart, and for the past eight years worked as part of the school family at Wamsutta Middle School.
Dave was an avid New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan. Over the last few years, he also enjoyed being a cable sportscaster and having the opportunity to highlight the efforts and feats of local sports teams and athletes.
Yet if you were to ask him or anyone who knows him what his proudest and best role in life was, the answer would undoubtably be that of father to his four adored children: Erin, Neil, Austin, and Catherine. Dave was loved and adored by many, and his passing is truly a shock to all of us. Dave was a loving, caring, and loyal son, brother, father, uncle, and friend. We will all miss him dearly.
