Clifford Francis Mcclelland, Jr.

Clifford Francis McClelland, Jr., 80, of Mendon Rd., Cumberland, died on Monday, November 3, 2014, at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Hospice in Providence. Born in Mansfield, MA, on August 24, 1934, he was a son of the late Clifford F., Sr. and Eleanor (Couture) McClelland. He resided in Cumberland since 2002 having previously resided in Pawtucket for 20 years. Mr. McClelland was a retired machinist having been employed by Texas Instruments in Attleboro for 20 years before retiring in 1995. He was a golf enthusiast, having played in a golf league for many years. He was also an avid fisherman. Mr. McClelland leaves his son: Clifford F. McClelland, III and his wife, Debra L. (Noiseux) McClelland of Pawtucket; a daughter: Donna Marie Ricci and her husband, Raymond W. Ricci, of Barrington; five grandchildren: Sean C. McClelland and his wife, Rebecca, Matthew D. McClelland, Zachary J. McClelland, Bradford A. Turbitt and Jenna M. Ricci; a great grandson: Ryder McClelland; his longtime companion: Joyce Pasquel of Attleboro; his sister: Eleanor Bourgeois and her husband, Norman Bourgeois, in Florida and several extended family members and friends. Visitation is respectfully omitted. A private graveside funeral service and burial will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014, at Moshassuck Cemetery.
