Cindy (Dintino) Pearlstein, 52, of Attleboro, Massachusetts passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Kevin Pearlstein, to whom she was married on August 14, 1993, and the devoted mother of Samantha and Adam Pearlstein. Born in Buffalo, New York on July 16, 1970, Cindy was the daughter of Phyllis (Sorrentino) Dintino and the late Daniel Dintino of Buffalo, New York. Cindy's passion in life was her family and friends. Cindy's family was integral to her life and she took great pride in celebrating major milestones as well as everyday joys with her husband, children, parents, siblings, and her extended family.
Cindy graduated from Old Colony Technical High School in Rochester, MA in 1989 where she met her future husband. Cindy earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Bryant University in 1993 and was Certified Public Accountant. Cindy distinguished herself during her nearly 30-year career, which started in public accounting then transitioned to the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Most recently Cindy was the Senior Director of Accounting at Sumitomo Pharma in Marlborough, MA. Cindy was an active member of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Bryant Alumni Association.
Cindy was very involved in her faith life as an active communicant and supporter of St. John the Evangelist parish in Attleboro, MA as well as many charitable organizations. She loved gardening, especially looking after her roses. Cindy enjoyed any opportunity to walk on the beach, in particular her favorite Mayflower Beach in Barnstable, MA.
In addition to her loving husband, children, and mother, Cindy leaves behind her siblings, Daniel (Carrie) Dintino of Buffalo, NY, Susan (Thomas) Meidenbauer, of Buffalo, NY, and Christopher (Alison) Dintino of Mashpee, MA and her nephews and nieces, Jason, Joshua, and Justin Meidenbauer, Jillian Greiner, Christopher, Kara, Bryanne, Connor, Amelia, Emma, and Alexis Dintino, as well as their spouses and significant others. She also leaves behind her former sister-in-law Marjorie Dintino and several aunts and uncles.Family and friends are cordially invited to attend Cindy's visitation on Thursday, May 18, 2023, from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend the funeral service on Friday, May 19, 2023, from 8:00 A.M. until 9:00 A.M. from the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 133 North Main Street, Attleboro, MA.Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Cindy's memory may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, directed to the treatment and care of adult neurological cancers.
