Chun Hyon Oh, 92, of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, passed away at home on April 4, 2026. Born on August 2, 1933, in Haejoo Hwanghae, North Korea, he was the son of the late Bong Khan and Jin Shin (Choi) Oh.

Chun was the beloved husband of the late Jeong Soon (Kim) Oh, whom he married on February 17, 1963.

He joined the Korean Marines as a young man and made a career out of being a soldier. He emigrated from Korea ten years ago and settled in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. A kind and patient man, he enjoyed cooking and dining out. He had a deep love for his family and treasured time spent with them.

Chun was the devoted father of: Chan Sook Oh and her husband, Byung Ro In, of Korea; Hyun Sook Oh of Walpole, Massachusetts; and Jin Wook Oh and his wife, Angela D. (Wenstrom) Oh, of North Attleboro, Massachusetts. He was the cherished grandfather of five grandchildren. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend Visitation on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, Massachusetts. A Roman Catholic Funeral Service will be held following visitation at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel officiated by Reverend Joseph Everton, M.S., Pastor of Our Lady of the Cape Roman Catholic Church.

Committal services and burial with Korean Military Honors will follow in Korea at a later date.
