Christopher Burtchell

Christopher Burtchell, 50, of Attleboro, MA, passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2017 in Attleboro, MA.Born on November 21, 1966 in Attleboro, he was the beloved son of Susan M. (Fisher) Hinski of Plainville, MA and Wayne C. Burtchell.Christopher worked for many years as a Mason throughout the area, and had previously resided in Attleboro and North Attleboro, MA. He was an ardent football fan, particularly of the Patriots, and enjoyed boxing and mixed martial arts. He loved being with his family, especially spending time outdoors and hiking with his boys. In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by his loving children: Corrin Burtchell and her companion, Derek Wilcox, of Swansea, MA; Ryan C. Burtchell and his companion, Bryanna Smith, of North Attleboro, MA; Cody L. Burtchell and his fiancée, Wendy L. Tabb, of Daytona, FL; and Emma A. Whittaker of Wrentham, MA. He was the adoring grandfather of Miles M. Martel and Braxton L. Burtchell. Christopher was the brother of Eric J. Burtchell of Pawtucket, RI and the late Rebecca Burtchell. He leaves many dear friends.Family and friends are invited to honor and remember Christopher by gathering for a Memorial Visitation on Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.Children's room is available during visitation.Burial services will be private.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Christopher's memory to The Herren Project at P.O.
