Christopher Michael Boraski

Christopher was born July 24, 1963 in Pittsfield, Massachusetts and died suddenly November 27, 2012. He was the son of Charles and Barbara Boraski of Lenox. Father of Jillian E. Boraski and Ryan R. Boraski both of North Attleboro. Brother of Kathleen Williams of Harwich, Massachusetts. Grandson of Mary Mulryan of West Boylston and the late Michael Mulryan and Stella Lisewski of Gardner. Former spouse of Melissa (Glass) Boraski. Chris grew up in Dalton, Massachusetts and graduated from Wahconah Regional High School in 1981. He attended Fitchburg State College receiving a bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 1985. Chris had been living in the Berkshires for the past four years. Previously living in North Attleboro for nine years and Cumberland, Rhode Island for eight. Most recently he was employed by Teknor-Apex in Pawtucket, Rhode Island as Corporate Director of Business Systems, traveling globally implementing new information technology components. Prior to working at Teknor-Apex he was employed by Thomas and Betts of North Attleboro and Augat in Mansfield. Chris's most treasured times were spent with his children. He volunteered his time as a coach for many years in the soccer and basketball programs with the North Attleboro Park and Recreation. He was also a baseball coach in the Little North Attleboro League for several years as well as serving as a division director. He was proud to share his love of baseball and with the many players that he coached throughout the years. Chris was an ardent fan of Notre Dame football, The Boston Red Sox and the Miami Dolphins. Chris also had a love for the game of golf and spent many hours playing with family and friends. Chris also leaves behind aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a Funeral Services on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 11:00 at the Central Congregational Church, 115 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, Massachusetts. Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 AM in the church. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Chris's memory to the Little North Attleboro League, PO Box 1285, Attleboro Falls, MA 02763 to be used for the construction of a new concession stand at Mason Field or donations may be made to the North Attleboro Park and Recreation Pool Fund, 43 South Washington Street, North Attleboro, MA 02760. A private internment will be held at a later date at Mount Hope Cemetery and Arboretum, Mount Hope Street, North Attleboro.
