Christine E. Coderre

Christine E. (Evans) Coderre, 69, of Pascoag, Rhode Island, passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021, at Kent Hospital in Warwick, Rhode Island.  She was the beloved wife of Michael Nelson Coderre to whom she was married on May 2, 1970.
Born in Newburgh, New York on May 2, 1952, she was a daughter of John Joseph Evans and Nancy Ann (Murray) Evans.  She was a graduate of Canoga Park High School in California.
Mrs. Coderre was employed as an office scheduler for Gentex Optics in Dudley, Massachusetts for 11 years prior to her retirement.
She was a resident of Pascoag for the past 50 years.
Mrs. Coderre and her husband raised and raced greyhounds for many years.  She treasured times spent in the garden and shopping.
In addition to her husband, she leaves two children: Justine Marie Rosenfield and her husband, Thomas Rosenfield, Jr., of Warwick, RI and Jared Coderre and his wife, Patsey Coderre, of Milford, MA and three grandchildren: Thomas Rosenfield III, Michael Rosenfield and Laurelei Coderre.
