Chester "Chet" A. Sliwinski, Jr.

Chester "Chet" A. Sliwinski, Jr., 85, of North Attleboro, MA passed away unexpectedly at his residence on January 11, 2022.  He was the husband of Linda A. (Topham) Sliwinski to whom he was married on October 27, 1967.
Born in East Providence, Rhode Island on September 24, 1936, he was a son of the late Chester Adam Sliwinski, Sr. and the late Mary (Wood) Carlson. He was a North Attleboro resident since 1967.
Mr. Sliwinksi was a graduate of Taunton High School.
He was employed as an expediter for the Hilsinger Company in Plainville for more than 50 years prior to his retirement in 2009.
His favorite pastimes included cutting firewood, creating projects out of wood, assisting his wife with her projects, going for long car rides, dining out and being a passenger on the back of his wife's Harley-Davidson.
In addition to his wife, he leaves two brothers: Andrew Sliwinski of Plainville and John Carlson in Florida.  He was the brother of the late Elissa Klang.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend a Memorial Visitation on Thursday, January 20, 2022, from 11:00 - 12:00 noon in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA followed by the funeral procession proceeding to Rock Hill Cemetery, Foxboro for committal services.
