Cheryl Lee (Weeks) Keniston, 59, of Plainville, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at her home. She was the beloved wife of Richard S. Keniston, Sr.Born on July 26, 1956 in Attleboro, MA, she was the daughter of Leonard Weeks and the late Phyllis (Horrocks) Weeks. A resident of Plainville for the past thirty years, Cheryl was a graduate of Norton High School, Class of 1974. She was employed for many years as a Real Estate Broker for Assist2Sell.She was a woman filled with brightness and light who enjoyed gardening, especially flowers and crafting, and who truly enjoyed helping others. Her greatest joy came from time spent with her loving family, her many friends, and her sweet dog, "Maggie". In addition to her husband Richard, she is survived by her cherished children: Richard Keniston, Jr. and his wife, Michele, of Bellingham, MA; Adam Keniston and his wife, Ashley, of Boca Raton, FL; and Jennie Keniston and her husband, Sergio Figueiredo of Millbury, MA. Cheryl was the adoring grandmother of Alexandra Keniston, Joseph Keniston, Noah Keniston, Karlee Keniston, and Cooper Keniston. She was the sister of Pamela (Weeks) Lindeman of St. Cloud, FL; Brian Weeks of Rehoboth, MA; L. Scott Weeks of Norton, MA; and Cherie (Weeks) Friedman of Taunton, MA; and leaves several nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.She was the mother of the late David Scott Keniston, and his wife, Debbie, of Mansfield, MA.A Celebration of Cheryl's life will be held on Monday, June 13, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Good News Bible Chapel, 235 West Street, Attleboro, MA 02703.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Cheryl Keniston to the Milford Regional Healthcare Foundation, Oliva Fund for Cancer Care, 14 Prospect Street, Milford, MA 01757.
