Cheryl Ann (Maki) Gordon, 47, of Attleboro, peacefully passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence, RI. She was the loving and beloved wife of Peter M. Gordon.Born on May 7, 1969 in Norwood, MA, she was the daughter of Edward McCabe and the late Charlene Maki.Cheryl was a graduate of Jamaica Plain High School, Class of 1987, and received her Associate's Degree in Business from Newbury College. A resident of Attleboro for the past nineteen years, she previously resided in Jamaica Plain, MA. Cheryl worked for many years as a Real Estate Agent in the area. An active, outgoing woman, Cheryl loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed crocheting, travel, and visits to Hampton Beach, NH and Point Judith, RI. She loved frogs and dogs, especially her own late dogs and her new dog, "Chance".In addition to her husband and her mother, Cheryl is survived by her cherished children: LeAnne M. O'Regan of North Attleboro, MA; Monica A. Vargas and her wife, Juliana O. Vargas, of Providence, RI; Matthew R. O'Regan of Attleboro, MA: and Christopher W. Gordon of Attleboro, MA. She was the sister of Mark Maki and his wife, Peggie Maki, and the special aunt of Sydney Maki, all of Sudbury, MA.
