Chau To Trinh, 84, of Attleboro, MA passed away on Friday, June 4, 2021, at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Vinh Bang Lam who died on June 3, 2012.
Born in Rach Gia, Vietnam on November 1, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Xao Trinh and the late Sao Trinh. Chau immigrated to the United States in 1993 from her native Vietnam.
She was a devoted and dedicated homemaker to her family. Chau will be remembered as the family matriarch who had immense love for her family and who took pride in cooking traditional Vietnamese dishes and working around her home. A woman of strong religious convictions, she enjoyed reading and listening to the Bible on tape.
She leaves her loving children: Hung To Lam of Attleboro, MA; Phuoc to Lam of Attleboro, MA; Linh To Lam of Rehoboth, MA; Phuong To Lam of Attleboro, MA and Lien To Lam of Attleboro, MA; 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was the mother of the late Thanh To Lam.
A private traditional Buddhist service will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 in the "Commonwealth Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.
A private traditional service will follow at North Purchase Crematory, Attleboro, MA.
