Charlotte "Charlie" A. Vacca

December 18, 1975 — June 7, 2023

Charlotte "Charlie" Ann (Perry) Vacca, 47, of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, formerly of the Attleboro. MA area, died tragically and unexpectedly on June 7, 2023, the victim of an automobile striking her in her place of employment in Smithfield, RI.  She was the life partner and soul mate of John Howard McDuff, Jr.
Born on December 18, 1975, she was a daughter of Patricia Elaine Perry of Woonsocket, RI and the late Kenneth Cavaliere.  Raised and educated in the City of Attleboro, she was a graduate of Attleboro High School - Class of 1993.  She later attended Johnson  & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
For the past year, "Charlie" had been employed by Subway in the Apple Valley Mall in Smithfield, Rhode Island.  Previously, she had been employed at Papa Gino's in Plainville, MA and at the Subway in Dartmouth, MA.
Her favorite times were those spent in the company of her large family, particularly her children.  She will be lovingly remembered for her dedication to them and for her strong work ethic.
"Charlie's" favorite pastimes included spending time at Onset Beach in Wareham, MA, reading and playing electronic games on her phone.
In addition to her mother, she leaves her cherished children: Kaylei M. Perry-Vacca, Jacob J. Vacca, Morgan E. Vacca, Robert R. Hougasian and Hope M. Hougasian all of Woonsocket, Rhode Island; her two identical twin stepchildren: Brian G. McDuff and Bailey G. McDuff both of Swansea, MA; several additional family members and dear friends.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend Visitation on Monday, June 19, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, North Attleboro, MA.
Burial will be private in Nemasket Cemetery, Middleboro, MA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in "Charlie's" memory to the go-fund page that has been established to benefit her children.
