Charles Austin Liversedge

Charles Austin Liversedge, Jr., 63, of Forest Place, North Attleboro, died unexpectedly on Friday, March 2, 2012 at his residence. He was the husband of Sandra C. (Peachey) Liversedge to whom he was married on February 6, 1981. Born in Canada on May 31, 1948, he was a son of the late Charles Austin Liversedge, Sr. and Mary (Ryan) Liversedge of Newport, Rhode Island. He was a graduate of Rogers High School in Newport and later earned his Bachelor's degree. Mr. Liversedge proudly served with the United States Air Force from 1968 until 1972. He was employed as a printer and computer operator for O.P.S. Printing Services, Inc. in North Attleboro for 12 years prior to his retirement. Mr. Liversedge was a resident of North Attleboro since 1978 having previously been a resident of Newport, Rhode Island. His favorite pastimes included the time spent playing golf, bowling and time on his personal computer. In addition to his wife of 31 years, he leaves five children: Richard A. Miller of North Attleboro; Arthur W. Miller of Ellsworth, Maine; Kevin C. Miller of North Attleboro; Loriann Strickland of Brockton and Charles A. Liversedge, III of Black River, New York; 22 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; three brothers: David Liversedge of New Bedford; John Liversedge of Newport, Rhode Island and Richard Liversedge of Newport, Rhode Island and several nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends. Family and friends are cordially invited to attend visitation on Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp, mile on left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Funeral services and burial will be conducted privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mr. Liveredge's name and honor may be made to the Dyer-Lake Charitable Foundation, Inc., a registered 501 (c) (3) organization, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, North Attleboro, MA 02760 to benefit the American Heart Association.
