Born on January 15, 1966 in Attleboro, MA, she was the daughter of the late George E. Savoy Sr., and the late Jeanette (Thibault) Savoy.
A warm and outgoing woman, Cathy was raised and educated in Attleboro before moving to Pawtucket.
