Catherine Elaine (Holdgate) Strantz

Catherine Elaine (Holdgate) Strantz, 86, of North Attleboro, MA, passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at Garden Place Healthcare in Attleboro, MA, where she had been a resident for the past year.  She was the devoted wife of the late Frank Strantz.
Born in Attleboro, MA, on February 26, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Gladys (St. John) Holdgate.
Catherine worked for many years at Krew Manufacturing until its closing. Thereafter, she was employed as an assembler for Automated Emblem in Foxboro, MA, until her retirement.
Catherine greatly enjoyed time spent with family and friends, playing games, doing puzzles, and reading.
She is survived by her brother, Robert Holdgate, her sister-in-law, Danielle Holdgate, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her other siblings and their spouses: her sister, Ruth Brastow and husband Carl; her sister, Helen McKearney and husband Ronald; and her brother, Russell Holdgate and wife Joan.
A private graveside service will be held at North Purchase Cemetery, Attleboro, where she will be laid to rest alongside her beloved husband.
