Carrie Ann (Bechtel) Hanlon-Hamor, 44, of Attleboro, died on Friday, October 19, 2012 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Hospice in Providence, Rhode Island. She was the wife of James Herbert Hamor. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on September 16, 1968, she was a daughter of William O. and Catherine L. (Townley) Bechtel of Norton. She was raised and educated in Mansfield and had also resided in Canada and Attleboro. Mrs. Hanlon-Hamor was employed as a waitress at the former Friendly's Restaurant, Inc. on Pleasant Street in Attleboro and was formerly employed as a driver for The Ride in Framingham for several years. A lifelong animal lover, she particularly loved cats. She will be lovingly remembered for her great cooking abilities. Her favorite pastimes included photography, crocheting and pastel and charcoal drawings. She is survived by her daughters; Haley 26 of Minnesota, Catherine 14, and Elizabeth 13, both of Norton, her brother Gil Bechtel of Seekonk and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. Visitation has been respectfully omitted. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 208 South Main Street - Route 152, Attleboro. Burial will be private. Following church services an invitation will be extended to join the family for a time of continued fellowship and refreshments at 261 Locust Street, Attleboro.
