Brian N. Fischbach, Sr.

September 26, 1960 — March 20, 2025

FISCHBACH – Brian Sr., 64, of Attleboro, passed unexpectedly Thursday, March 20th, 2025. He was the loving husband to Denise (Roy) Fischbach with whom he shared 43 years of marriage.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his devoted children, Brian Fischbach Jr. and his wife Samantha of So. Attleboro; daughter, Katie Fischbach of Stonington, CT; sister, Donna Gouveia, and her husband Francis of Brewster, MA; Aunt, Florence Elkas, of Hyannis, MA and many nieces, nephews and other family members.

Brian was born on September 26th, 1960 in Attleboro, MA, to the late Marion (Jacques) and Nicholas Fischbach. He was a graduate of Attleboro High School class of 1979; Earning hours as an electrical apprentice to become a Journeyman Electrician. In 1985 he became a Master Electrician with the State of Massachusetts while also becoming a Journeyman Electrician in the state of Rhode Island. Brian worked as a Master Electrician for Leach & Garner for 39 years before transitioning to Morvillo Precision Products for 4 years.

Brian was the definition of a family-man. He and Denise met in 1975 as high school freshmen. High school sweethearts, they married in 1981 and later welcomed their two children. Brian loved spending time with family, going camping, going on cruises, New Hampshire ATV trips, and watching the Boston Red Sox. He was always there for his family, could fix anything, and always had a project underway.

A true friend and mentor, Brian was always there. Between snow plowing or performing electrical work, he was always visiting friends to help where needed. He always enjoyed playing cards with friends and family and sneaking snacks to his grand dogs.

Brian was a member of the Attleboro Elks Lodge #1014 for 43 years. As a member, he organized and played in their Friday night pitch league, winning multiple championships.

Brian was also a member of the Wampanoag Rod and Gun club in Seekonk, MA.

A true heart of gold, Brian will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend a Visitation on THURSDAY, March 27, 2025, from 4:00 pm until 7:00pm in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.

A graveside service for Brian will be held on SATURDAY, April 26, 2025 at 11:00 am at Mount Cavalry Cemetery, 153 Curran Road, Cumberland, RI; followed by a Celebration of Life at the Attleboro Elks Lodge, 887 South Main St. Attleboro, MA
