Brenda Virginia Nelson

Brenda Virginia (Bosh) Nelson, 74, of Plainville, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA. She was the life partner and best friend of Robert "Bob" R. Uhlig of Attleboro, MA.Born on October 3, 1942 in Attleboro, MA, she was the daughter of the late Antonio Bosh and the late Violeta (Miguel) Bosh.She was a graduate of Attleboro High School, Class of 1960. A resident of Plainville for the past forty years, she was a long-time member of St. Martha's Church there.Brenda cherished her role as a homemaker to family. She enjoyed exploring the United States and locations abroad including London, Paris, and Portugal. Brenda also enjoyed crafts, flea markets, dining out, and spending time at her timeshare home. She was a member of Parents Without Partners, and will be missed by her many friends at the Plainville Senior Center where she was actively involved.She was the beloved mother of Derrith A. (Nelson) Spitzer and her husband, Michael Spitzer of Hillsborough, NJ and the late Craig P. Nelson. Brenda was the treasured grandmother of Jack C. Spitzer and Ben M. Spitzer, both of Hillsborough, NJ, and leaves many dear friends. She was the former wife of Curtis P. Nelson, and the sister of the late Richard Bosh.Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a Graveside Service on Monday, December 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Stephen's Cemetery, 683 South Main Street, Attleboro, MA, at which time Brenda will be laid to rest alongside her late parents and her son.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Brenda's memory to the Craig P.
