Brad Steven Bessette, 48, passed away on August 20, 2026. Born on January 4, 1978, in Attleboro, Massachusetts, he was the son of Donna Cloutier Bessette and the late John Bessette.

Brad was a son, brother, uncle, nephew to many, friend, and artist. He was a talented graphic designer who graduated from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and went on to build a career in creative services.

He loved the Patriots, Celtics, and Red Sox, along with comics, science fiction, fantasy football, and the outdoors. Brad had a quick sense of humor and a creative side that showed up in so many parts of his life. Music was always in there too. He sang in bands when he was younger, and you never would have been surprised to catch him randomly belting out a line from whatever song happened to be stuck in his head. It was just Brad, and those little moments are the ones his family and friends will remember with a smile.

Brad is survived by his mother, Donna Cloutier Bessette; his brother, Jason Bessette; his sister, Lyndsey Bessette; his nieces and nephews, Alyvia Bessette, Austin Bessette, Eden Bessette, and Andrew Bessette; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He was also predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Andrew and Estelle Cloutier, and his paternal grandparents, Roland and Maureen Bessette.

Brad's family hopes his memory is a reminder to hold the people we love close, to lead with compassion, and to cherish the moments we have together.

A private remembrance will be held by the family at a later date.
