Beverly Amadei

Beverly M. (Adams) Amadei, 88, of Smithfield, RI, formerly of North Attleboro, MA, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Greenville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Greenville, RI.  She was the wife of the late John Francis Amadei to whom she married in her native Hawaii in 1953 and who died on April 9, 2021.
Born in Oahu, Hawaii on August 25, 1933, she was one of four children born to the late Robert A. Adams and the late Nellie Lee (Shlitzhus) Adams. Raised and educated in Hawaii, Mrs. Amadei was a graduate of the Ruthville High School.
She was a devoted and dedicated homemaker to her family. Mrs. Amadei was employed as a sales associate for more than 20 years at the former Zayre's Department Store in South Attleboro, MA where she was known for her sense of humor, work ethic and adored by coworkers and customers.
Mrs. Amadei resided in North Attleboro from 1965 until moving to Smithfield, RI in 2018.
She was a communicant of the Transfiguration of the Lord Parish - St. Mary in North Attleboro prior to moving to Rhode Island.
She leaves her loving children: John E. Amadei of Wichita, TX; Denise L. Harris of Sutton, MA; and Robert V. Amadei of Thompson, CT. She was the proud and adoring grandmother of seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.  She was the sister of Everett Adams, Robert Adams, Joyce Lee Adams.
Visitation has been respectfully omitted.
A Private Graveside Service will be held in St. Mary's Cemetery, Mansfield, MA.
Burial will follow.
