Betty Jean Krawiec

January 23, 1946 — April 15, 2021

Betty Jean (Fletcher) Krawiec, 75, of North Attleboro, MA, passed away on April 15, 2021 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA.  She was the beloved wife of Richard John Krawiec Sr., whom she married on September 13, 1969.
Born in Attleboro on January 23, 1946, she was a daughter of the late William Fletcher and the late Mary (Bellavance) Fletcher.  Raised and educated in Attleboro, she was a graduate of Attleboro High School, Class of 1964.
Mrs. Krawiec worked at Texas Instruments in Attleboro in her earlier years, and later worked for many years as a school cafeteria employee for the Town of North Attleboro. She moved from Attleboro to North Attleboro fifty-one years ago. Her favorite pastimes included occasional visits to the casino, particularly at Foxwoods, and trips to Disneyland.
In addition to her husband, she leaves two children: Richard John Krawiec Jr. in Vermont, and Daniel James Krawiec of Attleboro; three grandchildren; her siblings: Dorothy "Dottie" Smith of Worcester, MA, and Robert Fletcher in New Hampshire; as well as her extended family.  She was the mother of the late Kimberly Jean Krawiec who died in 1998.
Visitation has respectfully been omitted.
A private graveside service with family and friends sharing memories was held on Monday, May 3, 2021 at Mount Hope Cemetery and Arboretum, North Attleboro, MA.
