Bernice A. Trimbach

Bernice A. (Garland) Trimbach 91, of Poppasquash Road, North Attleborough passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at the Madonna Manor Nursing Home in North Attleboro. She was the wife of the late Leo F. LeClair and the beloved wife of the late Charles M. Trimbach who passed away on January 19, 1983. Born in Attleboro, Massachusetts on March 2, 1923, she was a daughter of the late John A. and Irene (Nicolas) Garland. Raised and educated in the City of Attleboro, Mrs. Trimbach was a 1941 graduate of Attleboro High School and resided for most of her life in North Attleborough. She will be remembered for being a loving and caring person who was devoted to her family. Mrs. Trimbach was a long time member of Grace Episcopal Church and served on the church altar guild. She volunteered at Sturdy Memorial Hospital for over 44 years and was a member of the Kalmia Club and the Highland Country Club. She will be lovingly remembered for her kind, gentle nature and was beloved by all. She is survived by her children: Phillip LeClair and his wife, Beverly LeClair, of Sanford, Maine; Karen Klowan of North Attleboro and John Charles Trimbach and his wife, Michele Trimbach, of North Attleborough; her grandchildren: Lisa Klowan Foreman of Manchester, New Hampshire; Marc Klowan and his wife, Kristen Klowan, of Cumberland, Rhode Island; Jennifer LeClair Abdinoor and her husband, John Abdinoor, of Litchfield, New Hampshire; Jacquelyn LeClair of Acton, Maine; Amy Trimbach Sheridan and her husband, Noah Sheridan; Ashley Trimbach and her fiancé, Rick Hall, and Abigail Trimbach all of North Attleborough; her great grandchildren: Ethan Klowan and Evan Klowan both of Cumberland, Rhode Island; Jaxon Abdinoor of Litchfield, New Hampshire and Rowan Sheridan of North Attleborough; her loving sister Mavis O. Ogg of Attleboro and several nieces and a nephew. She was the sister of the late Russell E. Garland who was killed in action during World War II and the late John Garland. At her request, visitation has been respectfully omitted. A private Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 14, 2014 in the "Memorial Chapel" of the DYER-LAKE FUNERAL HOME, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp, mile on left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Private burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery and Arboretum, Mount Hope Street, North Attleboro. Please omit flowers. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mrs. Trimbach's memory may be made to the Madonna Manor Resident Activities Fund, 85 North Washington Street, North Attleboro, MA 02760 or to the charity of choice.
